Master in Finance
Compared with my previous internships, which usually lasted two or three months, this program was a much more intensive two-week experience. Every day was carefully planned by the company, allowing us to gain meaningful exposure in a short period of time. Through this internship, I developed a better understanding of Japan’s workplace culture and risk management in enterprise. I was especially impressed by ORIX’s open and flat working environment, where managers and mentors were approachable, making it easy to ask questions, communicate effectively and quickly resolve any doubts.
