Master in Chemistry
Through this experience, I realized that true research growth comes from actively engaging and thinking independently rather than simply following assigned tasks. By immersing myself in a PhD-like “rotator” role, I strengthened my technical skills while learning to overcome language barriers through proactive communication and inquiry. Most importantly, through extensive conversations with researchers, I gained clarity on my future path and decided to pursue a PhD, while also developing leadership and organizational skills through coordinating group activities.
