Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
When I first saw this program advertised by the Office of International Affairs, my initial goal was simply to visit and see the landscape of the small island located between Kobe and Shikoku. However, this traineeship turned out to be much more than a sightseeing tour. It showed me firsthand how the Pasona Group actually brings life and resilience back to an island that is suffering deeply from population loss. During the seven-day trip arranged by Pasona, I gained three main areas of personal improvement: I learned how regional revitalization works in practice, experienced cross-cultural communication, and received a great spark and shift in my way of thinking.
