This trip was a physical and mental challenge that forced me to confront the gap between my academic background and the real world of business. I realized that business is fundamentally about logic and structure. Whether it is adapting a product to a market, adapting my mindset to a new culture, or adapting my body to the cold, the core principle remains the same. You must observe, respect the environment, and be resilient enough to endure the discomfort of change. This traineeship gave me the right mindset to go out and find my own path in the future.
