Master of Sport Facility Management and Health Promotion
The eight-day traineeship in Sendai encouraged me to reflect deeply on personal growth and career development. I gradually shifted from being a passive observer to an active learner. One of the most impressive aspects was learning that Japanese companies emphasize growth potential over current skills. This perspective challenged my belief that one must be fully prepared before taking the next step. Through this process, I noticed a shift within myself—from fearing uncertainty to becoming more willing to take action and face the unknown with an open mindset. Growth potential matters more than perfection, and action matters more than hesitation.
