Bachelor in Electric Engineering
During the summer of 2025, I interned in Prague, working mainly on WebAssembly projects. I started by compiling Rust into WASM and integrating it into C++ environments, which was challenging due to complex API documentation. Later, I helped develop a temperature and humidity GIS system with cloud integration, gaining full-stack development experience and learning IoT protocols like MQTT. This internship taught me to navigate uncertainty, take initiative, and think beyond tasks. Life in Prague was enriching, running by the Vltava River, exploring historic sites like Prague Castle, and visiting the Škoda factory deepened my cultural understanding. I adapted to living alone, managing cooking and budgeting, and appreciated the slower pace of European life. I also reflected on cultural differences, such as attitudes toward national defense. Overall, this experience expanded my technical skills, independence, and worldview, preparing me for future challenges in my career and personal life.
