I really like the working culture of Huld. Inheriting the Nordic flat working style, interns, mentors, management level, and even the CEO are all treated equally. One memorable example was when the CEO from Finland visited. Despite being the leader of over 500 employees, he came over to our office to shake hands and chat with each intern, and he even joined us for lunch. Also, the Director of the Czech Company, Anna, often engaged in conversations with us, offering valuable travel tips and life advice.
