Master in International Business
I started my internship at Huld in June, working on market research and feasibility analysis for a high-priority project. I used tools like PESTEL and Porter’s five forces to assess the project and helped develop a financial model comparing cost structures. This research was important for convincing partners to join. Later, I wrote a market report on Huld’s products, analyzing competitors and customer needs. The work culture in the Czech Republic was different from Taiwan, more direct communication was encouraged, and remote work was accepted as long as tasks were done well. I felt respected and included as an intern in the team. Outside work, I explored Prague’s landmarks and nature with other interns, which enriched my cultural experience. Overall, this internship improved my research, analysis, and communication skills, and helped me grow personally by experiencing intercultural collaboration and European work styles. It was a valuable step in my career and life.
