During this program, I have learned so much both about professional knowledge and Japanese culture. Regarding REITs knowledge, I have developed my own insights into the real estate investment market. Additionally, I have gained a deep understanding of the practical workings of J-REITs and broader business operations across the balance sheet, which I consider an extremely valuable and rare experience, as it is difficult to gain such comprehensive business exposure elsewhere.
