Participating in the Sendai – Startup Innovation System Program was a profound and transformative experience that significantly expanded my academic, professional, and cultural horizons. This journey deepened my understanding of Japan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and allowed me to reflect on the differences between innovation cultures in the United States and Japan. I was deeply impressed by how Tohoku University students demonstrated a strong commitment to refining their ideas and ensuring feasibility.
