"One of my primary responsibilities was coordinating communication between Taiwanese startups and the KOZAROCKS organizing team. I helped ensure smooth information sharing, resolved last-minute issues, and aligned the expectations of multiple stakeholders under tight timelines. After the conference, we held a full team debrief where everyone openly shared what they observed and what could be improved, all with the shared goal of making KOZAROCKS even better next year. Working in this multilingual and multicultural environment taught me that project management is far more than completing assigned tasks. It is about building trust, communicating proactively, and keeping people aligned toward a common goal, especially when situations do not go as planned. Through these experiences, I gained a much deeper understanding of how a regional startup ecosystem grows through collaboration, international partnerships, and a shared vision.
