Fourseas Inc. is a startup support organization based in Okinawa that works to connect local and global innovation ecosystems. As the organizer of Kozarocks, Okinawa’s flagship startup festival, Fourseas brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and creators from Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and beyond to showcase ideas, exchange knowledge, and build new collaborations.

Beyond the annual festival, Fourseas operates within Koza Startup Arcade (KSA) — a startup hub that has transformed Okinawa City’s Koza district from a quiet shopping street into a thriving base for new businesses. The Fourseas team supports both overseas startups entering Okinawa as well as Okinawan startups expanding internationally, offering assistance in business matching, market research, and pilot projects.

Fourseas also collaborates closely with local governments, universities, and corporations to design programs that accelerate regional innovation. Its work spans a wide range of sectors — from technology and sustainability to tourism and education — all rooted in Okinawa’s identity as a crossroads between Japan and Asia.
