The Taiwan Office is responsible for exploring new opportunities for cooperations between the Czech and Taiwanese businesses while also monitoring and overlooking the ongoing cooperations.

Internship Job Description

Translation

Content translation (social media posts, newsletters, blog posts, web posts, etc.)
Drafts and templates creation in Mandarin

Receiving delegations

Accompanying Taiwanese Business visitors to the Czech Republic and ensuring their smooth stay while on Business trip

Market Research

Identifying new potential cooperation for Czech and Taiwanese businesses and doing market research through which potential partners can be identified

Account management

Overlooking existing cooperation between Czech and Taiwanese businesses and ensuring smooth process for all parties involved

Preferred Intern Education Level

Undergraduate students
Master students
Doctoral students

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

Advanced level of Business English (English is the working language. The ability to translate between Mandarin and English is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of the current Taiwanese B2B market and industry trends
The ability to work independently, work flexibility, creativity, and willingness to learn are a must
Genuine interest in the digital marketing and the Czech-Taiwanese relations
Organizational skills, the capability to create new contacts, and fast learning and adaptation skills are essential

Internship Period

From June 9 to August 31, 2025 (adjustable at the discretion of the organisation)

In this position, you will spend 4 days a week working as the Human Rights University Project Management Intern at Forum for Human Rights
Students who accept this position are required to participate in the iNGO Academy training courses
Expected working hours per week: 40 hours
